Karthik Rajasekhar is the Founding Partner of Palantir Law and has been in active practice for over sixteen years. He represents clients across a broad spectrum of commercial, civil, constitutional, and regulatory disputes, appearing before the High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, tribunals, and other judicial forums across the country.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom. His academic training, combined with extensive courtroom experience, enables him to provide pragmatic legal solutions to complex and high-value disputes.

Throughout his career, Karthik has advised and represented corporations, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and individuals across criminal law, commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, family law, SEBI/SAT and other regulatory proceedings, insolvency, maritime law, sanctions advisory, intellectual property, tax, and constitutional law. He is known for his meticulous preparation, strategic advocacy, and practical approach to dispute resolution.

As Founding Partner, Karthik leads the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. His philosophy is rooted in providing commercially sound, client-focused legal advice while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical practice.
