Vishakha is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, associated with Palantir Law, with over a decade of experience in constitutional, commercial, civil, criminal, and regulatory litigation, appearing before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, the NCDRC, the Central Administrative Tribunal, and arbitral tribunals across the country.
She presently serves as Central Government “A” Panel Counsel, Counsel for the Government of NCT of Delhi, Advocate-on-Record for the High Court of Gujarat and NIRD&PR, and Panel Counsel for the State of Meghalaya before the Supreme Court, and has represented the Union of India, State Governments, statutory bodies, and PSUs in several high-profile matters.
Her practice spans constitutional law, appellate advocacy, criminal law, commercial litigation, arbitration, service law, and public law matters. She graduated with a First Class LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and qualified as an Advocate-on-Record in 2023.
